We feel privileged to care for four legged family members.  At Ball-Chatham Veterinary Services, we strive to ensure that our values align with our clients values and wishes. We work hard to take care of your pet just like we would take care of our own. Simple as that! 

Our daily mission is to care for every patient through continued teamwork, education and love for our profession. Every patient that walks through our doors is an extension of our own animal families at home. Believe it or not, our team members at BCVS actually wish we could own every fur baby under the sun, but we also know that just isn’t practical or realistic. That is why we make it our mission to care for your fur baby just as if they were our own. 

Compassion and empathy are big words that do not mean anything unless that are demonstrated. Did you know our veterinary team is made up of humans? Kind of crazy, right?! We are humans-just like you!

We have families, friends, loved ones and our own fur babies with medical needs at home. We know what it feels like to prep small humans for school every day, take doggies for early morning walks and stop to medicate a fur baby two to three times a day. It isn’t easy being a human! 

So, when we make medical recommendations for your pet, we strive to understand you and, of course, remember that you are human too! We want to find a treatment plan that you can easily continue at home. For that reason, we ask lots of questions with the idea that if we know more, we can provide better recommendations just for you and your pet. 

Our overarching vision at Ball-Chatham Veterinary Services is to provide tailored veterinary care for every client and patient with effective communication, compassion and knowledge. Our team is happy to adjust communication techniques for every single pet owner we see throughout the day. By adjusting communication techniques and tailoring a  wellness or treatment plan for each individual human and their pet, we are striving for every patient leaving our veterinary practice to have their very own, tailored, set of recommendations and plans for care at home. No two treatments or health management plans look the same!
